Today(23/02/2010) we had our second examination(quantitative management) and we got the pleasure of listening to Mr Vinay Modi (PT Jaipur),being a PTian and a former student of Mr Vinay Modi it was an icing on the cake to see him @ PROTON business school.
He gave us insights on how effective communication and personality development has become essential for every MBA aspirant to inculcate in his daily routine.He also said that "Culture Speaks Volumes" and a B school without a culture is a body without soul , thanks to PROTON we have various tools that help us develop our communication skills on a regular basis; for example : "PROTON Smarts" is an online testing platform for effective english usage.
Mr Vinay Modi also stressed on lateral thinking,for students(MBA's) like us should go for a job which is more people oriented and not get lost in glamour of the Corporates.

"We continue to shape our personalities all our lives,if we knew ourselves perfectly we should die"

Overall it was a great learning experience today and i wish every one would try to improve their personalities gradually.

It is hard to take decision

when you are in a phase of confusion,

compare your life with that of an eagle

b'coz sometimes in life instead of a sword we need a needle

a wish to live successful years

will need to shed a lot of tears

during the phase of transformation

it struggles with sheer determination

there will be hardships and there will be pain

but believe me they wont go in vain

some times you may feel "life is cruel to me"

so praise your self and say let it be

if you have the determination

and believe in gods creation

a day will come when the sun will shine

and you will say the world is mine
